Food and Beverage Preparation
Now that you and your tailgate guests are setup and comfortable, its now time to discuss what and how to feed them. We'll leave the menu up to you (perhaps a later blog post!), but with our Tailgate Food and Beverage Prep Checklist, you'll have every portable appliance you'll need to whip up a tailgate feast!
- Food - The most important ingredient! Whether its just appetizers and finger foods, or an all-out feast, don't forget the fuel that will keep your tailgate guests energized...food!

- Drink - Everyone gets thirsty at a tailgate. Be sure to bring a variety of drinks for all your guests, or make them BYOB ("Bring Your Own Beverage").

- Tailgate Grills/Portable Grills - When is the last time you've been to a tailgate and you haven't seen a portable grill or bbq? The portable tailgate grill is such a versatile item and will most probably be the centerpiece of your tailgate party.
- Grilling Accessories - Everything you need to make barbecuing possible
- Stoves/Ovens/Fryers/Smokers - What perfect way to compliment your grill than with a portable stove or oven? Turn your tailgate into an outdoor kitchen by adding all of the cooking appliances. (We highly recommend the Turkey Fryer!)
- Coolers - Another tailgating staple. Keep separate coolers for both chilling your tailgate beverages AND preventing your food from spoiling. We cannot stress the importance of a good cooler enough.
- Food and Beverage Totes - If a cooler is too heavy or bulky, a perfect solution is an insulated tote.
